If you are looking to return/exchange a product that just didn't work for you, please ensure you have purchased your product(s) online and it is within 30 days of your date of purchase. There must be 75% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify for an online store credit.
Please follow these steps:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us what you would like to return and why.
- Mail the product to the address below (this will be at the customer’s expense - please note that JUSU Body is not responsible if the returned product gets lost in the mail).
